Overview

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HookPilot. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are using HookPilot on behalf of a company, organization, or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the service

HookPilot provides AI-assisted caption generation and related marketing outputs. You may use the service only for lawful business or creative purposes and only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party terms.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or use HookPilot to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

HookPilot may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, or expose the service or other users to legal or operational harm.

Subscriptions and billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for all applicable taxes, chargebacks, fees, and billing disputes associated with your subscription.

Generated content and customer responsibility

You retain responsibility for the prompts you submit and for how you use any output generated by HookPilot. Because AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, you should review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

HookPilot does not guarantee business outcomes, platform performance, engagement levels, legal compliance of outputs, or uninterrupted availability of the service.

Intellectual property

HookPilot and its software, branding, design, and service features are owned by HookPilot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service itself to you.

Subject to these terms and your payment of applicable fees, HookPilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

HookPilot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HookPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of HookPilot after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

If you have questions about these terms, contact HookPilot at support@hookpilot.co.
